Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of employee reward system of a certain company. Beside analysis itself and based on the results obtained this thesis aims to provide with possible proposals for improving satisfaction of these employees with regard to company’s targets and politics. Employee satisfaction analysis was based on questionnaire which tended to ask questions regarding employees satisfaction with reward system applied in this specific company. SWOT analysis was used as well. It shows strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Results obtained show that most of the company’s employees are satisfied with current level of salary and other benefits provided. Quite significant part of the employees mentioned they would improve their work performance in case of getting higher salary. However, the question is whether the company needs an improvement of its performance. This thesis helps to analyse employees needs and satisfaction. Results obtained could lead to management or reward system changes in this specific company.
