Abstract

The first part of the thesis describes general information obout the company Galvan CZ s.r.o., including its production schedule. The second part of the thesis is theoretical, focusing on general principles of enterprise capital appreciation, proces and methods of valuation. The third part of the thesis is businesslike: the aconomic analysis of market environment, the choice of the most suitable methods of valuation, their apllications with the final enterprise capital apprecation. The objective of the thesis is to perform the analysis of economic process of GALVAN CZ s.r.o., to valuate it with the chosen method and to suggest the variants of future economic process.
