Abstract

This thesis deals with the utilitarian Art Nouveau, it´s most significant leaders and introduces us with their works. A particular part that this thesis focuses on is the technology of precision casting of smelting model. This method has been used to cast a bronze lamp. The practical part of my thesis describes the procedure of making a decorative lamp from design to final functional model.
