Abstract

The thesis deals with the evaluation of non-conformities at the manufacture of electrical machinery in the company TES VSETÍN s.r.o. The introduction presents shortly the history of the company and its current line of production. It gives also the financial analysis of the company's financial statements of 2009 and 2010. Afterwards the basic methods used for analyses of non-conformities at the production are described. The basic part contains the analysis and evaluation of internal non-conformities at the manufacture of electrical machinery in the years 2012 and 2013, which includes the evaluation of the frequency of occurrence of identified non-conformities and costs of those non-conformities. Graphical evaluation is carried out using the Pareto diagram and Lorentz curve. The non-conformity in the machine design was evaluated as the critical was non-conformity. It was recommended to the company to conduct a detailed analysis of the causes of occurrence of non-conformities at designing stage, it means at the pre-production stage. It was also recommended to implement electronic processing of forms.
