Abstract

In my bachelor's thesis, I have reviewed the marketing research of CD incorporated. I have put together a questionaire to determine what the customer satisfaction is with the services provided by CD Inc. Answers to questionaire were reviwed and evaluated. During the reserch, several ideas have been proposed that would help increasing the quality of CD's customer services. Unfortunatelly, large funds would be necessary to realize these changes therefore it is up to CD whether they will choose to embark on this route.
