Absolvování individuální odborné praxe

Abstract

Tato práce popisuje odbornou praxi ve firmě na pozici telekomunikační specialista junior. Praxe je zaměřena především na podporu síťových prvků, zejména Cisco směrovačů. V práci jsou uvedeny základní informace o firmě, proces řešení incidentů, které byly řešeny v průběhu odborné praxe. Dále je v práci obsažen popis výstupu praxe ve formě mapování procesu. V závěru jsou shrnuty znalosti a dovednosti získané v průběhu studia a také znalosti a dovednosti získané v průběhu odborné praxe.

This thesis describes the individual profesional practice in the company for the position of telecommunication specialist junior. The practice is primarily focused on supporting network elements, namely Cisco routers. The thesis presents basic information about the company, process solutions incidents, which were resolved during the professional practice. The thesis also contains a description of the output practice in the form of mapping processes. The conclusion summarizes the knowledge and skills gained during the study and also the knowledge and skills gained during the professional practice.
