Zhodnocení výkonnosti stavebního podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti stavebního podniku v letech 2009 až 2011. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce se týká teorie výkonnosti podniku a vymezení metod v rámci fundamentální a technické ekonomické analýzy. Ve druhé části práce je charakteristika společnosti IP, a.s. na kterou jsou aplikovány metody popsané v první části. Zjištěné výsledky jsou porovnány s konkurenčním podnikem a odvětvím. Ve třetí části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky šetření a uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the engineering company efficiency in the years 2009 - 2011. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theory regarding the efficiency of the company and definitions of the fundamental and technical economic analysis methods. The second part of this thesis consists of characteristics of IP and practical implementation of the methods which were described in the theoretical part. Established results are compared with competitive company and sector results in general. In the third part results of the investigation are evaluated and suggestions for improvement are suggested.
