This bachelor thesis focused on the issue of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The aim was to evaluate the use of Czech POINT services in the territory of selected city districts of the statutory city of Ostrava for the monitored period 2016 - 2020. The available data were processed using a comparison method. Changes in the demand for services over time, differences between individual city districts and interest in the specific services offered were evaluated. Another of the selected methods was a questionnaire, the aim of which was to find out what awareness of Czech POINT services is among the inhabitants of the city of Ostrava. The research showed that the interest in using Czech POINT services decreased by 77.5% over the five-year period. Furthermore, it was found that the most sought-after information was related to basic registers, which accounted for 80% of all services provided. The busiest of the monitored city districts in terms of the outputs provided was Moravian Ostrava. The questionnaire survey showed that at least 73% of respondents were aware of the Czech POINT services provided. Furthermore, the questionnaire was used to find out that 76% of respondents are satisfied with the services provided. Based on all processed documents, it was evaluated that eGovernment in the Czech Republic does not have sufficient publicity. Due to this fact, not all available options are used effectively.
