This work is dadicated to modern quality management, its description and consequent implementation to practice. The work aims to describe the current system of quality management which is introduced according to the norm ISO 9001:2008 in the company of IVG COLBACHINI CZ s.r.o and its sequential transition to the norm ISO 9001:2015.
