Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of the projekt documentation for the architectual-construction part and the building services system. The projekt is aimed at the construction of a residential building using solar energy for space heating and domestic hot water preparation. The building includes six residential units with underfloor heating and radiators installed in the common areas. The projekt also includes an assessment of the use of solar systems. The diploma thesis is divided into a written part, drawing documentation and appendices.
