Abstract
This work takes a deeper look at the die forging process itself. It analyzes the individual phases of this complex process, from the preparation of the material to the final shaping of the metal. It focuses on the key techniques and strategies that are necessary to achieve optimal results in die forging. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with materials that are optimal for die forging. It performs a detailed analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of materials, which are key to the successful execution of the die-casting process. The practical part is focused on a detailed examination of the process of making a die, focusing on several key aspects. The main element of the study is the design of the forging in the space of 3D design, where it will be thoroughly analyzed how to efficiently create the optimal design for the subsequent die. Another important aspect is the design process of the die itself. The thesis focuses on the critical factors that influence die production, including material properties and shaping, which are key to a successful outcome. In addition, the work deals with the simulation of die forging. This simulation will provide an environment in which various forging conditions and parameters can be tested to achieve optimal forging results.
