Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on awarding of public procurement of the Municipal district of Silesian Ostrava. Focus is specifically on the investment department and on the department of technical building management that are kompetent in public procurement of the Municipal district of Silesian Ostrava. At the end these individual departments are compared. The part of thesis is cofused on the basic terms of public procurement deriving from the law of public procurement and presentation this legislation.
