Studie využití lokality podél ul. 28. října, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

Bachelor thesis specializes in the development of significant urban locality, which is located in the central part of Moravská Ostrava. Location can be define in details by the street of 28. října, Na Jízdárně, Zelená and the lengthened street of Janovského. Project of area is processed at the level of the study with an emphasis on solving of problem places and on functional structure of the area so that the new arrangement was in compliance with direct surroundings of area – the all with regard to architectonic and city planning layout. Functional dividing of territory is carried out in four variants, where just the fourth variant was projected because of completing street line and solving of all current problems. The fourth variant is final version, in which is projected concert hall of philharmonic, administrative building and the existing skeleton from reinforced concrete becomes a parking house. This variant is processed in detail and is demonstrated ability of connection of area to transport and technical infrastructure. The thesis also includes economic evaluation of layout.
