Abstract
The main subject of this bachelor thesis is to describe hotel and spa sector of the Czech Republic and to describe accounting and tax specifics. In the second chapter is described hotel and spa business, in the third chapter are described particular companies and in the fourth chapter are aplicated theoretical accounting and tax cases to activity of the particular companies.
