Abstract

The chapters of this diploma thesis deals with the production of perforated bricks and examines the influence of recycling of grinding dust on brick manufacturing and their properties. The first chapter presents and characterizes raw materials used to produce POROTHERM system bricks in the Wienerberger brick factory Jezernice Ltd. The second chapter describes the technology of production and the final chapter describes the findings of a practical experiment in which the influence of the addition of grinding dust in the production mixture on the important properties of brick blocks was investigated.
