Typy a identifikace vad zjištěných při NDT kontrole ultrazvukem

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací charakteristických vad zjištěných při NDT kontrole ultrazvukem u plechů z nástrojové oceli jakosti 19569. Zkoušení plechů z této oceli a následný odběr vzorků probíhal v prostorách univerzální válcovací tratě Bohumín. V minulosti již proběhlo několik válcování v různých úběrových a teplotních režimech. Pro snížení počtu vad, bylo provedeno zhodnocení výsledků, aby se dosáhlo požadované kvality s minimem výrobně ekonomických ztát.

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the identification of characteristic defects which were found during the NDT ultrasonic plates inspection from tool steel of quality 19569th. Testing of the steel plates and subsequent sampling was conducted on the premises of universal rolling mill in Bohumin. In the past several rollings were held when the material had different dimensions and temperature values of the rolled material. To reduce the number of defects an assessment of results has been conducted in order to achieve the required quality with minimum production and economic loss.
