Tvorba projektové dokumentace a realizace laboratorního modelu řízeného pohonu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on desing, realization and commissioning of demonstrational site. It will be used for balancing a ball on a coil, which is attached to a motor’s shaft.

Theoretical part describes used tools for design HW and SW configuration of created work. Specific types of data bus and trends in industrial communication. The thesis also assess requirements according to standards for low voltage enclosure desing.

Demonstrational site’s desing and commissioning are described and included in practical part. The thesis is focused on creation of wiring diagram, production documentation, three-dimensional model of enclosure and realization of a final product. The practical part is also dedicated to parameterization of frequency converter, programming of control system, design of visualization and possibilities of device control using modern technologies.
