Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a functional prototype of a syringe pump with Wi-Fi transmission and to design a database for data sharing. Tjis thesis aims to provide the simplest and cheapest development solution for the future of infusion techniques. It uses advanced programming technologies in the Arduino IDE development environment via the RobotDyn Mega2560 development board with an integrated Wi-Fi module. All components are programmed via Arduino. The database concept is created in Oracle. Its purpose is to demonstrate the theoretical database concept interface and connection between given variables (& entities). The data transmission process is achieved by data input through C# application Access Point, which is created in Visual Studio (Software). The data (Time and Volume) is visually interpreted in application GUI. This proposed solution aims to support creation of database, which would be connected to hospital system, where all data shall be stored. The goal of this thesis is to create a device, which could serve as an educational and presentational medical tool. With additional research and development this medical tool could be additionally used in medical practice.
