Abstract

Oil is an integral part of today. This diploma thesis tries to point out the expenditure and income side of the state budget, the countries exporting oil. The work is divided into logical units including the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theory associated with fiscal policy, state budget, budget policy and public debt. The third part contains the theory associated with oil and its meaning in the world. Includes methods of mining, price analysis, and literature search. The practical part contains a description of countries, used expenditure indicators and other variables. The first analysis focuses on comparing the values of the indicators used in the work. The aim of the thesis is to find out what the state budget expenditure side is related to the state budget. The second observed correlation between oil prices and revenues to the state budget.
