Analýza podniku po přeměně společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována analýze podniku po přeměně společnosti. Jejím cílem je pomocí vybraných metod a ukazatelů finanční analýzy nalézt odpověď na otázku, zda sledovaná přeměna obchodních společností měla pozitivní vliv na vývoj a hospodaření analyzované společnosti, společnosti OKD, a.s. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecný popis přeměny obchodních společností a družstev a na ukazatele a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétní přeměnou obchodních společnosti a jejím odrazem v hospodaření společnosti OKD, a.s., která odštěpila část svého jmění do sesterské akciové společnosti NWR Energy. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky finanční analýzy a vliv přeměny na hospodaření společnosti OKD, a.s.

The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the company analysis after its transformation. The goal was to find, with to aid of the selected methods and indicators of financial analysis, the answer to the question, whether the company transformation had a positive impact on development and performance of the analyzed company, OKD, a.s. The theoretical part is focused on the general description of the transformation of companies and cooperatives in general and on the presentation of indicators and methods of financial analysis. The practical part deals with the specific transformation of the company OKD, a.s. and the reflection on its economy, where the capital was split off to its sister company NWR Energy, a.s. In conclusion the results of financial analysis were evaluated and the impact of the transformation on the OKD, a.s. business was commented.
