Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with property taxes in the Czech and the Slovak Republic. The second chapter is focused on property taxes in Czech Republic. The third chapter deals with property taxes in Slovak Republic. The fourth chapter brings practical examples of mutual taxes and proposal of their changes.
