Abstract

The goal of bachelor work is to clarify the issue of Public Administration General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic and its controls are focus on checking contributors to universal health insurance. Based on the theoretical background is illuminated by a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of VZP, its structure, specific actions and concepts important for orientation in the terminology of state administration and public health insurance. The greatest attention is devoted to work in the specific control systems VZP. Control system contributors, its results and corrective measures were obtained through consultation with the Head and services for clients from offices VZP Olomouc. Control of contributors is an integral part of the health system. Effective selection and control fills the revenue side of VZP and stability of the entire health care system. The practical benefit of this work is a comprehensive view of VZP and especially its control system focusing on the control premium payers.
