Abstract

This thesis focuses on the study and analysis of inventory management in the engineering company. There are characterized basic concepts related to inventory management in the theoretical part. The practical part will focus on the analysis of the stocks and inventory management. Based on the analysis of the current state I will set shortcomings. I suggest solutions to these shortcomings to more effective inventory management in the organization.
