Revitalizace bloku Myslbekova-Nádražní-Mariánskohorská-Sokolská v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the overall revitalization of the area between the streets Myslbekova - Nádražní - Mariánskohorská and Sokolská in Ostrava. This area is not only the gateway to the Moravian Ostrava but also a very important traffic junction. Numerous demolitions of blocks in the past destroyed the distinctive character of the town. The aim of this thesis is to improve the attractiveness of the area by placing civic amenities and construction of residential buildings for a peaceful urban living. The result is development of five variants and with an inclination to the final one and its further development.
