Abstract

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is „User Satisfaction Measurement with University Fan Page on Social Network“. Satisfaction measurement covered the official site of Faculty of Economics VSB - TUO on social network Facebook. The aim of this thesis is measuring user satisfaction with official site of Faculty of Economics on Facebook. The method which is called electronic questioning was used for the research. The environment of the school and individual effects acting in this environment are described in the theoretical part. Theoretical basis satisfaction measurement and marketing on social networks are listed in the following chapter. The practical part is devoted to methodology of marketing research, processing and interpretation of results. Defined suggestions and recommendations which result from the analysis and which should increase user satisfaction are in the last part of the thesis. It was found that users are most satisfied with the information about events on the faculty and competitions related to Faculty of Economics, but least satisfied with the funny posts and online conversations with pedagogues.
