Domácí násilí z právního a sociálního hlediska

Abstract

The main of this fnal thesis is indentification our society about global problem with domestic violence of whom is talking about in the recent years more and more, but also more and more acting, how dispose of this problem and fix thes very difficult situation of this criminal activity. In the theoretical part, the terms „domestic violence, form, characteristics, causes of it“ and the terms „ offender“ and „victim“ are explained to the reader. Thenceforth are in this part presented the statistics and assessment. These data are processed of organizations, which are engaged in domestic violence and makes the measures against this criminal activity. The organizations are informing general public about this problem and endeavour to help to victims of domestic violence. In the next part, which is related of criminal procedure the most frequent criminal acitivities in terms of domestic violence, their speceficity and terms according to penal code are explained to the reader. It isn´t forgotten even the social point of view of domestic violence and they are introduced some statutes of social sphere. Last but not least is explained the position of society to the domestic violence and confrontation between individual states of European Union. Under the same cover is selected one of the most discussed incident of domestic violence in Czech Republic, which has happened in the Ondrej Neff´s family in 2008.
