Věra Holubová, Ph.D. Graduation thesis is focused on the possibilities of using biometric methods to ensure the security of the ice-hockey match. In the theoretical part there is listed basic theories concerning biometrics, regulations, possibilities for its use, deciding on risk and crimes and offenses committed during a hockey game. The practical part describes the basic information about the selected winter stadium and described his current physical safety and due to its use in ice-hockey match. Subsequently, there is and analysis focused on possible disruption during the ice-hockey match. The last part is devoted to possible methods useful for security during the hockey match and possible applicable elements.
