Analýza financování matričních úřadů

Abstract

The content of the bachelor´s thesis is a Civil Registry Office, its history, evolution and current form in the Czech republic. The main issue of the thesis is the financing of the Civil Registry Office which is carried out with contribution for Civil Registry Office. Contribution for Civil Registry Office is a part of contribution for activities of Public Administration. The way of the distribution of contribution for activities of the Civil Registry Office has changed recently. From 2020, the contribution for activities of the Civil Registry Office which is calculated according to the number of inhabitants was augmented by an executive component. The executive component is a distribution of finance according to the number of operations in the register. The thesis describes the comparison of financing Civil Registry Offices in 2019 and 2020. It shows that until 2019 the financing of the Civil Registry Office was uneconomical. The amount of contribution for one operation was different in each town, in ranging thousands. From 2020, the inefficiency is being dealt with by a lower base of contribution for activities of the Civil Registry Office according to the number of inhabitants and the executive component. In bachelor´s thesis are used methods of description, calculation, analysis and comparison.
