Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis "Evaluation of Economic Performance of a Company“is based on financial analysis, assessment of the performance of the company TRENDCAR a.s. from 2010 to 2013. The first part is defined to theoretical bases of financial analysis. In the second part selected methods are applied to a specific company. This bachelor thesis contains horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, predictive models, SWOT analysis and financial ratios, which includes profitability ratios, activity ratios, liquidity ratios and leverage ratios. Important parts of financial analysis are also convenient proposals for improving the economic situation of the company.
