Sestava výukových simulačních modelů digitálních dvojčat řízené technologie

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design and implementation of educational simulation models of controlled technology with an integrated digital twin concept. The aim of the thesis is to develop functional digital twins of four simulation stations (automated warehouse, robotic arm, processing station, and sorting conveyor line) in order to enhance education in the field of industrial automation. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the classification of digital twins, their standardization, challenges in implementation, and pedagogical models for developing educational materials. The practical part documents the development of simulation models using Tecnomatix Process Simulate, the creation of OPC UA communication interfaces, and control algorithms for Siemens S7-1200 PLCs. The outcome includes not only the functional models themselves but also educational materials based on the Problem-Based Learning methodology.
