Analýza nákladů na kvalitu v podniku Batz Czech, s.r.o.

Abstract

The target of this thesis is the analysis of quality costs, exploration of individual parts of expenses and costs analysis of internal and external faults. There was used the Pareto chart, graphs and there are also mentioned recommendations for decreasing of these charges. These defects were identified as the most serious issue in the company. They pay a lot of money and this risk can cause a big issue. The thesis is devided to theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides picture about techniques, methods and various models costs associated with the quality. The practical part is analysing the proper expenses of BATZ Czech, s.r.o. There were used the internal company informations and sources, for example Balance Sheet or Accounting Journal. There was also made a definition of the company BATZ Czech, s.r.o., description of quality management system or evaluation of economic situation.
