Abstract
The thesis focuses on the topic of benchmarking, deals with the performance comparison of financial indicators and quantities of the companies Innogy ČR, Pražská plynárenská and ČEZ. The theoretical part deals with benchmarking, its ethics, meaning, requirements, typology and other aspects. In the practical part a comparison of performance indicators is realized through multi-criteria analysis.
