Modelové využití středisek humanitární pomoci

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o využití středisek humanitární pomoci při řešení následků mimořádných událostí. Začátek práce je věnován typům mimořádných událostí (MU) a řešení jejich následků v České republice a v zemích Evropské unie v kontextu změn v souvislosti s historií vzniku ochrany obyvatel (OO) až po současný stav. V druhé části diplomové práce je řešen modelový případ MU a navazující humanitární pomoc postiženým obyvatelům. V závěru je návrh na zlepšení vybavení středisek humanitární pomoci tak, aby lépe vyhovovala současným potřebám obyvatel bez ohledu na jejich věk a také aby vyhotovovaly specifikům jednotlivých druhů MU.

This diploma work deals with use for humanitary help while solving after-effects of extraordinary events. The beginning of work deals with different types of extraordinary events (EE) and solving its after-effects in the Czech Republic and countries of EU in the context of changes in connection with history of formation of human safety (HS) till the present state. In the other part of diploma work you can meet with model case of EE and following humanitary help to disabled people. At the end there is a proposal about how to improve facilities in the humanitary help centres to better satisfy the present needs of people regardless on their age and also to suit to the specifics of each types of EE.
