Abstract

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the examination of the impacts of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation started on February 24, 2022, on the Ukrainian economy. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the extent of the economic losses caused and to identify the key factors and prospects for economic recovery. The research focuses on the processes of economic destabilization as a result of the military conflict and the search for ways to stabilize and develop the economy. The thesis employs methods of scholarly literature review, comparison of experiences from other countries, quantitative evaluation, and a systems approach. The structure of the thesis includes the theoretical foundations of economic destabilization, an assessment of the state of the Ukrainian economy before and after the outbreak of the war, and proposals for post-war recovery measures based on international experience. The research results provide recommendations for the formulation of effective economic policies aimed at the sustainable development of Ukraine in the context of post-war reconstruction.
