Title of thesis: Alternative risk transfer in the insurance

This thesis deal with alternative risk transfer and its resolution from the classical insurance and reinsurance. Emphasis is placed on the qualification and status of alternative risk transfer instruments and their subsequent evaluation in the light of current conditions in the insurance markets. The first chapter deals with the principles of classical and alternative insurance and reinsurance carriers of alternative risk transfer. The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of alternative risk transfer instruments. The third chapter evaluates the selected bearer and tools with a focus on current conditions, not only abroad but also in the Czech Republic.
