Hodnocení efektivnosti hospodaření vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace a efektivnosti hospodaření společnosti T Machinery, a.s. v letech 2005 – 2008. V první teoretické části je rozebrána úloha, uživatelé finanční analýzy, zdroje informací potřebné k vyhodnocení finanční situace a metodické nástroje a metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je posouzena majetková a kapitálová struktura společnosti, vypočteny poměrové ukazatele likvidity, rentability, aktivity a zadluženosti doplněné o ukazatele na bázi cash flow. Součástí praktické části je také rozklad Du Pont diagramu a posouzení finanční situace firmy na základě bankrotních modelů. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny poznatky zjištěné v praktické části a navržena doporučení, která by mohla zlepšit stávající situaci ve společnosti.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of financial situation and the effectiveness of the company T Machinery, Inc. in the years 2005 - 2008. In the first theoretical part the task, users of financial analysis, sources of information necessary to evaluate the financial situation and the methodological tools and methods of financial analysis are analyzed. The practical part assesses asset and capital structure and there are calculated ratios of liquidity, profitability, and debt activities, supplemented by indicators based on cash flow. Components of the practical part are also the decomposition of Du Pont chart and the evaluation of the financial situation of the firm under bankruptcy models. The final section is a summary and review of findings identified in the practical section and there are recommendations proposed to improve the current economic situation in the company.
