Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

The theme of this dissertation is to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's investments STAMONT-POZEMNÍ STAVITELSTVÍ, ltd. The investment objective is reconstruct eight buildings from the company, which is realizing from 2013 - 2032. In the first part is characterize the company itself. Further are theoretically described investments, sources of funding and individual investment evaluation methods. In the practical part is description of buildings, including data on energy inputs and outputs. In the next section are quantificated capital expenditures for investment, the expected cash inflows from investments, cash flow and other data needed to evaluate the investment itself, which I find out on the four methods. Based on the values is this investment very acceptable for the company.
