Motivační program firmy a jeho analýza

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on subject of Company motivational program and its analysis. A goal of the thesis is to conduct an evaluation of employees´ perception of the company Huhtamaki Česká Republika, a.s. based on assessment of its existing motivational program and further on using questionnaire method recommend possible steps towards its improvement. The thesis is divided into six chapters. First of all we pay an attention to a point and structure of the motivational program. Then the questionnaires are evaluated and analysed and based on the results measures are suggested in order to make the motivational program more attractive.
