Studium strukturních, mechanických a fyzikálních vlastností materiálů odstředivě litých válců jakosti HSS

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáváním materiálových vlastností dvouvrstvých odstředivě litých válců z rychlořezné oceli pro válcovací tratě pracující za tepla. V teoretické části je detailně popsán systém Fe-Fe3C, sumarizována výroba a typy nástrojových ocelí, strukturní složky slitiny, a jejich vlastností. Literární rešerše zejména cizojazyčné literatury je zaměřena na problematiku zbytkového pnutí ve dvouvrstvých HSS válcích. Experimentální část je z velké části řešena formou přípravy metalografických vzorků pro analýzu zóny přechodu mezi jednotlivými vrstvami pracovních válců a porovnávání jejich strukturních a mechanických vlastností.

This thesis deals with the comparison of material properties of two-layer centrifugal cast rolls made of high-speed steel for hot strip mills. The theoretical part describes in detail the Fe-Fe3C system, the production and types of tool steels, the structural components of the alloy, and their properties. The literature review of foreign language literature is focused on the issue of residual stress in two-layer HSS rolls. The experimental part is largely solved by the preparation of metallographic samples for the analysis of the transition zone between the individual layers of the working rolls and the comparison of their structural and mechanical properties.
