Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to outline the possibilities of using the Raspberry Pi minicomputer as a local branch exchange for both IP phones and softphone software solutions. The proposed system is implemented on the Raspberry Pi 3B + platform via Asterisk software, which is implemented on the FreePBX graphical interface. Communication over the created VoIP private branch exchange is then tested on commonly used hardware devices.
