Abstract
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to verify the influence of various factors on agricultural land price formation in the Czech Republic after 1989, when our country began to transform into an economy based precisely on market principles. The thesoitic work describes the price development of agricultural land and the types of agricultural land prices in the Czech Republic after 1989. Through an analysis of specific influences: population income, population wealth levels, prices of the most widely used products of Czech agriculture in crop production, amount of agricultural subsidies, corporate tax rate and economic results of agricultural holdings in the Czech Republic, the impact of these effects on the development of the market price of agricultural land in the Czech Republic in the period 2004 - 2020 is shown.
