Management rizik v těžebním podniku "Cernin s. r. o."

Abstract

Diplomová práce je založena na zjištění nejzávažnějších rizik zkoumané společnosti Cernin, s.r.o. Za účelem splnění cíle práce je její struktura rozdělena do kapitol, které popisují teoretická východiska a metodiku práce, charakterizují těžební podnik, a nakonec identifikují, analyzují rizika a věnují se ošetření rizik. Tato identifikace a analýza rizik je provedena několika metodami, aby došlo k co nejširšímu sběru dat. Je využito metody Brainstormingu, Registru rizik, dále metody FMEA, Paretovy analýzy a Lorenzovy součtové křivky. Na závěr jsou definovány návrhy k ošetření rizika, na které navazuje ekonomické zhodnocení navržených opatření.

This thesis is based on the identification of the most serious risks concerning the researched company Cernin, s.r.o. In order to fulfil the goal of the work, its structure is divided into chapters which describe the theoretical solutions and methodology of the work, characterize the mining company, indentify and analyze risks and in the end include the mitigation of these risks. This identification and analysis of risks is carried out using several methods in order to collect the widest possible collection of data. These include the Brainstorming method, the Risk register, as well as FMEA methods, Pareto analysis and Lorenz sum curve. To conclude this thesis, proposals for risk treatment are defined, which are followed by an economic evaluation of the proposed measures.
