Motivace zaměstnanců jako nástroj pro dosažení cíle

Abstract

The subject of my Bachelor Thesis is „The motivation of employees as tool for reaching set target“. Thesis deals with satisfaction and motivation of employees working at Specialized Finance bureau. Bachelor Thesis is split into several parts. First part is dedicated to introduction of Specialized Finance bureau, its competency and activity with introduction of motivational system of financial administration. Second theoretical part of my Bachelor Thesis was elaborated with help of specialized publication, there are described processes, types and motivational theories. In practical part of my Bachelor Thesis were set hypothesis, the questionary was used for researching of the motivation and satisfaction of employees at Specialized Finance bureau. The results of research were used for verification of set hypothesis.
