Abstract

Subject of this diploma thesis is a project documentation of multifunctional house in stage for the construction according to Decree no. 405/2017 Coll. [1], amending Decree well 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation [1], as amended by Decree 62/2013 Coll. [1] and Decree 169/2016 Coll. [1], as well as thermal technical assessment of peripherals structures to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase arm. The project documentation is based on the attached architectural study.
