Optimalizace školství v Pardubickém kraji

Abstract

The bachelor work closely deals with the problems of the educational system optimisation, first in common framework and then a concrete case is taken. The theoretic section first describes development of education in the Czech Republic and individual types of educational system. It tries to point at the specifics of particular types of educational system, at specifics of Pardubický Region in the field of education and its economic development, at deficiency in set-up and placement of secondary education, and at the insufficiently elaborated system of financing schools with low number of students. Furthermore, it also proposes some possible improvements and solutions. The emphasis is put on the currentness of the sources used.The practical section first characterizes the selected institution and afterwards a detailed description of its management is carried out with the focus on all accessible financial resources. The thesis is oriented on aspects of secondary school functioning within the process of optimisation.
