Atlas mikroorganismů v minerálních biotechnologiích

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to create an atlas of micro-organisms in regard to their usage in mineral biotechnology. This atlas is created in its interactive form. This thesis strives to describe and investigate bacteria, yeasts, and mildews as well as their basic information. The division of individual chapters is based on different kinds of micro-organism. Moreover, a more detailed view of their individual representatives used in mineral biotechnologies is provided. The objective of this atlas is to create a self-contained overview of micro-organism, notably examine its destructive impact on chemical polluters in the environment, and thus prove their positive effect on our environment.
