Subject of the Bachelor Thesis is a proposition of structural and technical solution of a nursing house in Slezská Ostrava and documentation processing for the building permission. Urban solution is based on location of the property, which is located at south slope of the Hladnov hill with view of Ostrava city center and New Town Hall. Design is aiming for accommodation services for seniors and incompetent people. Designed object is three stored and offers 22 accommodation units for individuals. Part of the nursing's house service is also physiotherapy centre, canteen and medical doctor.
