Abstract

MIRECKI, Jan. Forest fires with impact on the ecosystem and their prevention. Diploma thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2020. 70 p. This diploma thesis deals with forest fires with an impact on the ecosystem and on the prevention and preparedness of forest fires. In the first part describes an overview of forest fires in Indonesia and Australia. The next chapter contains prevention and preparedness for forest fires and monitoring of forest fires with payments for new technologies. Subsequently, a study is described that killed the impact of forest fires on the ecosystem. The experimental part is focused on the test of bioluminescence detection of bacteria Vibrio fischeri, where the ecotoxicity of extinguishing waters was tested. In the end, the test results and the evaluated values with tropical woods are evaluated.
