Finanční analýza těžební společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá provedením komplexní finanční analýzy podniku OKD, a.s. z veřejně dostupných finančních výkazů. Byly použity tři finanční výkazy a to rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty a také výkaz o peněžních tocích. Na úvod bude prezentována teoretická část, která popíše přehled finančních ukazatelů a metod zvolených v práci. Mezi takové ukazatele a metody řadíme horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrové ukazatele, bankrotní a bonitní modely. V první polovině práce bude charakterizována analyzovaná společnost, její aktivity a další nezbytné údaje. V druhé polovině jsou interpretovány výsledky. Cílem práce je vyhotovení komplexního ohodnocení finanční situace analyzované společnosti za sledované období 2011-2015 pomocí aplikace finančních ukazatelů, metod a interpretace dosažených výsledků.

This thesis deals with implementation of a comprehensive financial analysis of the company OKD, a.s. from publicly available financial statements. There were three financial statements and balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statement. At the beginning of the theoretical part will be presented, which describes the overview of financial indicators and methods chosen in work. Such indicators and methods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, bankruptcy and bonit models. In the first half of the work will be characterized analyzed company, its activities and other necessary data. In the second half of the results are interpreted. The aim of the thesis is to prepare a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the analyzed company for the monitored period 2011-2015 by applying financial indicators, methods and interpretation of achieved results.
