Využití ultrazvukového měření tloušťky kůže při kutometrické diagnostice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing on ultrasonic measurement of the skin thickness with current utilization of cutometric diagnostics. The first part of bachelor thesis is presents of ultrasonic diagnostics and anatomy of skin. Including this part was made theoretical analysis of cutometric diagnostic and measurement thickness of skin. The experimental part of this bachelor thesis is dealing on realistic testing of patient by cutometric diagnostics. In the next part of this chapter was made measure of skin thickness by ultrasonographic method. The results of experimental part were statistically processed in the program Mathematica v10.0.1. In the second chapter of the experimental part was described a mathematical formula of calculation absolute parameter including skin thickness in particular position. The final part of the bachelor thesis was made on investigate of relevant parameters for objective develop of viscoelastics skin condition and measurement of skin thickness.
